I love my job. I am always on my feet accomplishing great endeavours. I am always wanted or needed to solve dilemmas and honestly… even though I don’t show it… it feels good owning the knowledge that people need. I am not only in charge of keeping my crew moving forward but I am also blessed with the chance to be able to speak into their lives, to raise them up, to help them be the best they can be. Through all of the hustle and bustle, THAT is the bullet that keeps me going. I could care less if I lost the job or the work. There are plenty of ways to make a buck in the world. What I am sad about leaving in August is the chance to be a light to the beautiful team that God has blessed me with. I do not hold that obligation lightly.
